So much cheaper than a new phone and it did the trick!
The Bold was kind of involved to do the swap, but the Curve is a breeze to swap out.
So worth it!

Did not work well and it's black,

Surprisingly, this replacement trackball did not work well on my Blackberry Curve 8320. The ring would not go on and the ball was jumpy. Plus, note the ball is black, not the OEM white. I ordered another one from a different supplier on Amazon and that one works perfectly.

It works but the navigating experience is no where near as good with this replacement as it was with the original part. Just not smooth and sometimes misses input. I've now purchased a $4 version and this $12 version. I'm going to now get the OEM replacement so in the end, I was trying to save a few bucks but it ended up costing me more.

I purchased this black trackball because I thought it would look cool in my BlackBerry Curve 8330 and it did. Unfortunately it didn't perform as well as it looked. After about a week I couldn't scroll up so I took it out and put my OEM trackball back in. Problem solved. I wouldn't recommend this item as it didn't perform well.
