I have received complaints that this unit echos and drops my voice. I find that some of the time it pops and crackles. I should have purchased a higher quality ear piece.

I've had this headset for six months now and overall I like it very much. The sound quality is fine for me and the person on the other end. The battery lasts a long time and the included case charges the headset when away from a power source which comes in handy. The only reason I give it four stars instead of five is the mechanism that holds it into your ear is a little sloppy. I tried the different sized pieces to assure a good fit but it's still only okay. Also when there is a lot of background noise it would be nice if the volume could go a little higher.

Nice look and fits good but a lot of times I get acoustic feedback and have to hang up and redial my contact.
Frustrating!!!

 

OK, but tinny sound,

I bought this for my husband so he would no longer risk death and traffic tickets every day just to make a phone call. However, he rarely uses it because the sound is so tinny (he sounds like he is in a really long tunnel--or super small bathroom!!). So, it truly defeats the purpose of having it if the sound is so bad he won't use it!! May be returning it. Such a bummer.

I've had this for about a week now, and the only real complaint I have is that the ear bud piece is a little uncomfortable. I very well may have tiny ears, or I'm just sensitive, but I have the smallest ear bud on and I think it's still a little big. Despite that, this is a really great bluetooth. I have a problem with dropped calls in my condo for my Pantech Matrix, so I decided on this device. Everyone has said that I sound great on it, no dropped calls because I can leave my phone in a spot that has good reception and wander around a bit. I don't have a problem with the sound; the highest setting was fine over car noise (windows closed). Very easy to sync to my phone. I don't have trouble getting the earpiece out of the leather holder; it just pops out. When I have it in my ear, I don't have to keep adjusting it, and doesn't feel as though it is going to fall out. I easily could have spent a significant amount more or less on a bluetooth, but I have no complaints about the price. At this point, I'm a very happy customer.
